• Appointment scheduling in JuniorWEB: The company manager enters the visitor's key information (name, surname, email, date, and time of the meeting) into JuniorWEB. The appointment is scheduled and made available for visitor access management and the digital visitor register.

• Online visitor pre-registration: The visitor receives an automatic email with a web link for advance registration. From the link, they can enter or confirm their information for visitor registration at the company. Upon completion, they will receive a personal QR code via email, which they will use for ENTRY/EXIT on the J-CHECK tablet located at reception.

• Reception registration with J-CHECK: Upon arrival at the company, visitors can scan the QR code on the OG1001-QR tablet with J-CHECK to quickly complete visitor registration; or skip the pre-registration process and register manually directly on the tablet, following the guided visitor self-registration flow. In both cases, J-CHECK records entry in the digital visitor register and updates visitor access control in real time.

• ENTRY/EXIT management and traceability in JuniorWEB: Upon leaving, visitors use the tablet with J-CHECK again (scan the QR code or select their name) to register their EXIT. JuniorWEB automatically records entries, exits, and appointments, offering the company complete visitor access management, including visit history, people present on site, and a constantly updated digital visitor register.
