The OG1001-QR is the industrial tablet designed by Ostisistemi to bring modern and reliable visitor access management to your company. By installing the J-CHECK app, the device becomes a complete visitor self-registration station, ideal for reception areas, controlled entrances, and company gates.

The digital visitor register replaces paper forms, reduces errors, and simplifies real-time visitor access control.

Thanks to native integration with JuniorWEB, a web-based attendance software available in both cloud and on-premise licenses, all entry and exit information flows into a single centralized platform, improving security, traceability, and reporting for HR, security, and company management.

OG1001-QR, integrated with the J-CHECK app and JuniorWEB, manages the entire company visitor registration flow, from appointment booking to real-time visitor access control.

The industrial tablet is installed at the reception desk or company entrance and displays the J-CHECK interface with clearly visible ENTER/EXIT buttons, making it easy to use even for first-time visitors.

The following are the operational steps:

The company manager schedules the appointment in JuniorWEB by entering the visitor's basic information (name, surname, email, date, and time of visit).

The visitor receives an email with a web link to pre-register and confirm their details for visitor registration at the company.

Upon completion of pre-registration, the system sends the visitor a personal QR code, which will be used on the OG1001-QR tablet with the J-CHECK app.

Upon arrival at the company, visitors proceed to reception, scan the QR code on the OG1001-QR tablet, and independently record their ENTRY in the digital visitor register.

Alternatively, if they have not pre-registered, they can use the touchscreen to manually enter their details by following the guided visitor self-registration flow.

J-CHECK sends the access data to JuniorWEB in real time, updating the visitor access management system and the status of those present on site.

At the end of the visit, the visitor uses the OG1001-QR tablet again (scan QR code or select a name) to record their EXIT, closing the visit in the digital visitor register.

JuniorWEB records entries, exits, and appointments, providing the company with a centralized view for visitor access control, security, and reporting on all visits.
