J-APP©: iOS/Android Attendance Tracking App with GPS, Pay Slips, Absence Justifications

J-APP Time Attendance Staff Off-Site and/or at Construction Sites:

• The individual operator/employee, who works individually  off-site,  is equipped with an iOS or Android smartphone with the J-APP installed and uses his/her own account to identify himself/herself. For each stamping it is possible to detect: date, time, employee code, activity code, location code and position with GPS coordinates.

• J-APP also allows automatic detection of personnel presence at specific “sites” or “construction areas” through the use of dedicated NFC tags. Each tag, designed in a compact button format with a central hole and fixed to the wall, contains a unique code that identifies the work location.

• For each stamping the data is sent to the JuniorWEB attendance recording software even if installed on the end customer's server (on-premises solution), or in the Osti Sistemi Cloud server or third-party servers (resellers, labor consultants).

• In the event of a lack of internet connection of the smartphone, J-APP still allows the user to stamp, date/time and GPS coordinates are detected at the moment and, when the connection is active again, sent to the JuniorWEB platform.

• It is possible to stamp the presence by associating a reason for presence / absence (e.g. exit for service, exit for leave, etc.), or an activity code on the order.

• The user can access the "See Stampings" menu where he can check: the list of stampings, in chronological order, carried out with J-APP if they have been sent to the JuniorWEB platform and the GPS coordinates detected at the time.

• Workflow: in the "New Request" menu the employee can enter all the data for the request for approval of justifications e.g. holidays, permits, overtime, etc. The data to be entered are: type of justifications, period, number of hours, start / end time, any notes. Once the request has been sent, it is possible to follow the process in the "Justifications Requested" menu where a special yellow, green, red signal identifies the status of the process and respectively: requested, approved and denied. The entire process is integrated with a special notification system.

• Card: the employee can access and view their monthly card in real time from J-APP, in fact J-APP sends the request in real time to the JuniorWEB platform and extracts the data with the latest update.

• Shifts: the employee receives notification of the shifts assigned in the period (e.g. weekly) and can view their daily shifts.

• Paycheck/Communications: by entering this menu the employee can view and download all the tax documents that the Company has communicated to them: paycheck, circulars and various communications. The date/time of the document upload can be viewed under the file name. The notification system notifies the presence of new documents in real time.

• Approval of Justifications: only for admin / manager users, these users have an additional "Manager" menu, from where they can approve / deny the justifications requested by user users (employees). For each request, the manager user receives a notification from which he can directly access the request and manage it. The "Manger" menu is divided into two submenus: "New Requests" and "Request History".

• NO account exchange: option that, if activated, prevents users from exchanging accounts on their cell phones. That is, it prevents employees from exchanging accounts, clocking in for one another. Each user can only use their account on their cell phone.

• Multilingual: depending on the language set on the cell phone, the J-APP updates accordingly. Currently, Italian (IT) and English (EN) are available. The J-APP platform can be upgraded to any other language.

Management from the JuniorWEB Platform (On-Premises / Cloud)

By entering the credentials, the authorized manager (Admin / Manager) can manage:

• Check attendance in real time with GPS position and absences.
• Attendance lists (entries and exits) per employee divided by Construction Site / Location.
• Check anomalous clockings: sent by employees without date/time synchronization with the Internet.
• Attendance time summaries by construction site / employee, exportable to Excel.
• Clockings of activities / orders to be managed.
• List of justifications requested to approve / deny (workflow).
